Shipping Overview: All orders are shipped overnight/next day with early delivery via UPS.

• Please Note: 
• Domestic shipments only (no international shipments)
• Orders will be shipped in an insulated cooler with heat/Ice packs

 

Flat Rate Shipping: $70.00 flat rate for all orders. Orders +$400.00 quality for free shipping.

Timing: Delivery timing will be coordinated with the purchaser after order has been placed (Typically 2-3 day turnaround time for shipping and handling)

DOA Policy: All Corals are guaranteed for two weeks regardless of late/delayed delivery.  This is provided that the entire system has not crashed.  Pictures will be needed.  Corals will be shipped if there are backups.  If no backup exists then there will be a FULL REFUND
